Getting To Know You

When you make a donation, join our eNews list, register for a fundraising event, or answer one of our surveys, you may choose to give us basic information: name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and phone number . This allows us to process your donation more efficiently, and ultimately give you a higher caliber of customer service. When you visit our Website, we may collect more information: your Internet service provider’s address, the name of the Web page directing you, as well as your clicks and activity on our site. This tracking data helps us understand how to make our site more available and user friendly to our customers.

Update Your Information

Updating your contact information is quick and easy. Just contact emooney@rmhcoregon.org, include your previous and current full name, mailing address, email address and phone number. Please understand updates may take from 7-10 business days to process from the date of request receipt.

Remove Your Name From Our Lists

If you would like to be removed from our eNews list, please email emooney@rmhcoregon.org. To be removed from mailings, please email emooney@rmhcoregon.org with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. We appreciate your patience as it may take up to 7-10 days to process your request from the date of receipt. When you make subsequent donations to RMHC, you may provide contact information and request that your name not be forwarded to either mailing list.

Online Donations

We have secured a third party called Auctionpay to process all of our online donations and event registration. The policies, including the Privacy Policy, on this site may vary from those of RMHC. For your own protection, be sure to review the policies of every site you visit.
