Join the Tanner Society

"It's all about family. If you have a sick child, you have enough worries. The Ronald McDonald House gives everyone the downtime they need to heal--and the people who stay become family to one another. How can you not feel good about giving?" --Jim and Claudine Tanner, Donors and Tanner Society Founders
The Tanner Society recognizes and inspires the giving of those who make annual unrestricted* gifts of at least $2,500.
Launched in 2005, the Tanner Society is named in honor of long-time RMHC donors, Jim and Claudine Tanner. During 2008, members contributed 36% of the operating budget for RMHC of Oregon & SW Washington -- a total of $655,974. Tanner Society members receive an invitation to an annual exclusive event hosted and coordinated by other Society members.
Past Tanner Society events have included a private tour, lunch and wine tasting at Ken Wright Vineyards, an insider's look a the filmmaking industry with screenwriter Mike Rich, a private party with World Poker Tour players and a behind-the-scenes event with the Portland Trail Blazers.
*Unrestricted gifts are cash donations for annual operations -- meaning no goods or services have been exchanged. Auction items, sponsorships, registration fees, and in-kind donations do not qualify. All unrestricted gifts made during a calendar year are eligible to be counted toward Tanner Society membership.
