Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oregon and Southwest Washington relies on the generosity of thousands of donors, the ingenuity of local volunteers, and the dedication of our staff for the continued operation of our two Ronald McDonald Houses in Portland. There are countless ways you can help make a difference. Volunteers, fundraisers, and event sponsorships are all greatly needed and appreciated. Resolve to volunteer
1.  Prepare rooms for guests.
2.  Bake cookies.
3.  Clean up yard and discard debris.*
4.  Change light bulbs and batteries throughout the house when needed (at ease with climbing ladders required).
5.  Sort donations.*
6.  Run miscellaneous errands (car required).
7.  Deep clean kitchen.
8.  Defrost freezers.*
9.  Restock kitchen using on-site donated food and supplies.
10. Make lunch on a pre-arranged day for families.*
