Join the Tanner Society

"It's all about family. If you have a sick child, you have enough worries. The Ronald McDonald House gives everyone the downtime they need to heal--and the people who stay become family to one another. How can you not feel good about giving?"
--Jim and Claudine Tanner, Donors and Tanner Society Founders

The Tanner Society recognizes and inspires the giving of those who make annual unrestricted* gifts of at least $2,500.

Launched in 2005, the Tanner Society is named in honor of long-time RMHC donors, Jim and Claudine Tanner. Tanner Society members receive an invitation to an annual exclusive event hosted and coordinated by other Society members, as well as other benefits.

Past Tanner Society events have included a private tour, lunch and wine tasting at Ken Wright Vineyards, an insider's look a the filmmaking industry with screenwriter Mike Rich, a private party with World Poker Tour players, a behind-the-scenes event with the Portland Trail Blazers, and a private dinner with Portland Monthly publisher Nicole Vogel.

*Unrestricted gifts are cash donations for annual operations -- meaning no goods or services have been exchanged. Auction items, sponsorships, registration fees, and in-kind donations do not qualify. All unrestricted gifts made during a calendar year are eligible to be counted toward Tanner Society membership.
