Keep families within reach.

Hundreds of volunteers contribute thousands of hours each year to ensure that Portland's two Ronald McDonald Houses continue to provide a "home away from home" for families while their children treatment. If you are looking for a way to help, we would love to hear from you...

Donate items we need the most
1.   Canned food (olives, peas, tuna, chili, refried beans, kidney beans, fruit)
2.   Grab and go snack foods
3.   New Release DVDs (PG and G-rated only)
4.   Towel sets (white or ivory)
5.   Zoo tickets
6.   Yard debris bags (brown paper only)
7.   Boxed pasta meals, ramen noodles, cup of noodles
8.   Powdered coffee creamer
9.   Bubble bath
10. Pillow Protectors (non-vinyl)

Resolve to volunteer
1.  Prepare rooms for guests.
2.  Bake cookies.
3.  Clean up yard and discard debris.*
4.  Change light bulbs and batteries throughout the house when needed (at ease with climbing ladders required).
5.  Sort donations.*
6.  Run miscellaneous errands (car required).
7.  Deep clean kitchen.
8.  Defrost freezers.*
9.  Restock kitchen using on-site donated food and supplies.
10. Make lunch on a pre-arranged day for families.*
